Smooth, Creamy Peach Sorbet

This delicious recipe could not be any simpler and can be made with a variety of frozen fruits! Originally from Runner’s World Magazine, it requires only 4 ingredients that can be mixed with a food processor or a blender.

2 cups frozen peaches (Wegmans Just Picked sliced peaches)

1/3 cup yogurt (Stonyfield Organic French Vanilla)

4 Tb sugar (or to taste)

1/4 white wine (Charles Shaw Sauvignon Blanc)

1. First, blend or process the peaches, then add yogurt and sugar, finally the wine, which help it not to freeze too much.

2. Pop in freezer-safe container for 3 hours before serving.

Pick up a bag of your favorite Wegmans Just Picked fruit and whip this up as a healthier alternative to ice cream. The perfect cool treat for a summer evening!
